My three month baby cry hard causes to choke her voice and also she is in fever, cough and cold. Please suggest me how can she get her voice again properly.

She seems to be having acute viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat infection in children. Usually recovery occurs spontaneously. Symptomatic treatment may be required
