Hello, My daughter is almost 8 months old. A small tooth has just started to come out. She is being very fussy and irritated from last few days. Always wants her to carry. Her day time naping has also some what decreased. I want to know how to comfort my baby? Are all these symptoms common during teething? Do I need to give any medicine. Kindly advise Thank you all in advance

Yes..its v common to have fussy child during teething. Gum massage using chill cloth is v helpful in dissolving irriation... U can  also use chill carrot or frozen breast milk in nibbler. No medicine is usually required. Jus divert babies into other thing when v irriatble...go for car drive..jus divert their mind.
