My 2 month old baby has hard stomach.its little bigger than usual.kindly advise what should be done.he recently been diagnosed with kidney problems and now ok.he is feeding properly. Urine many times a day and stool also 3 to 4 times a day.

Hello.. Stomach fullness is normal in infants. If baby is feeding well and there is no vomiting then everything is normal. Don't worry about it.
