Baby sometimes opens eyes wider

My one month old baby from birth opens eye too big/wider sometimes.Not always . Baby activities ,pee count,nursing all are fine. My sister in law have some minor disability and even she opens eyes wider/big .Can this be related to genetics? Please let me know
