My baby is 3.5 months old, breastfed
1. When do babies start hving predictable routine?
Do they settle in themself or need some training or plan to be tried by mother.
As of now very unpredictable in sleep, awake n feeding time
If any plan to b followed... pl share the advise on how to do it
2. She seems to b gassy baby..any suggestions to avoid or reduce the discomfort occurence?

Hello, in the initial months baby didn't have any schedule..by 5-6 month you can see a routine started developing..
Try to follow the routine/time of sleep everyday same time.
Give the baby sufficient tummy time to reduce discomfort..
