Hello, I am 26 weeks pregnant and baby movements have just started. I want to know if there are any methods to monitor baby movements. Also can we force the baby to move and will it harm it's growth??

U need to keep a track of fetal movements by ur own perception. U cn also gt a hand held doppler and monitor fetal heart rate at home if ur doc s cooperative enough to teach u how to do so.
