These thread like substances can be due to banana. But these are normal. You don't need to stop giving it to your baby. Generally during the weaning phase we often see some variations in the poop as the child is being given different variety of foods. You don't need to worry as long as they are not watery, not causing any pain in the tummy or not associated with fever.
As such smaller children have a very rapid transit time of food in their guts so they tend to poop after a feed
