Baby passing stool frequently

I have 38 week premature baby born at 28 weeks, usually baby was passing 2 to 3 times stool but from 3 days baby is passing 6 times( yellow, greenish watery or paste type), I am giving breastmilk with HMF. Is this normal?? Can this happen due to my diet? recently I started taking multivitamin tablets suggested by my gynocologist.

Sudden change of this type with increase in stool frequency and loose consistency is not normal. We need to rule out the cause. Are you feeding extracted breast milk with bottle? Baby needs to be given treatment for diarrhoea also. No this doesn't happen with multivitamin taken by you.
