Dnt worry ma... May be she s nt getting adequate breastmilk... Dats y she s suckng her hands nd crying a lot...
Next Steps
check whether u hv *LET DOWN REFLEX* while feeding ur baby...
Health Tips
So wats Dis reflex... while feeding or expressing milk from one breast, milk drips from the other. Your let-down reflex needs to be established and maintained to ensure a  good supply of milk. This reflex  doesnt happen unless you are having problems with breastfeeding.

Can avoid bottle feeding. Continue direct breast feeding. Nasoclear Saline Nasal Drops. 2 drops in each nostril half an hour before feeding. Four times a day for 2 days. Crocin Drops. 100mg/1ml. 0.6ml SOS while crying.

Medication will not help. Problem looks like irregular or inadequate milk.
Next Steps
Try to give 30-60 ml of formula milk immediately after your breast feed and see if he sleeps for 3-4 hrs.

If the cry is unusual, consult a paediatrician immediately. Insufficient feeding might be a reason as per your history

All these are normal self soothing things. Don’t give any medications for such things.
