My two months old baby Pre mature not pooping from last two days. Is it any serious issue? PLEASE SUGGEST ASAP

If the baby is not  crying or constantly irritable u can relax .I'm hoping that the  baby is breast fed and mother is not a hypothyroid.

Nothing to worry but examination of abdomen should be normal.infants may passes stool normally upto 4-5days .If there is discomfort then gentle stimulation at anal opening may be given.
