Baby does generally poop a lot but now not pooping at all.. May be is this because of rotavirus vaccination

Rotavirus vaccine can cause a mild transient diarrhoea....If there is abdominal dissension n repeated vomiting n child looks sick consult a local pediatrician   . Otherwise wait for few days n see
