Movements can be of any kind mostly kicks, rolls or even stretching. This is normal. Calculate the number of movements after meal in 1 hour. If the count is above 10, it's normal.
Next Steps

Hi, Any kind of movement like kicks , stretches etc is considered movement . There is no fixed count as to how many u should feel . Maintain a dfmc (daily fetal movement count ) .for one hour after breakfast , lunch and dinner count the number of movements (any movement ) and jot down on a paper /book .the count for the whole day should be atleast ten.  Reduced movements should be cause of concern.
Next Steps
-maintain a DFMC
Health Tips
baby movements will not be same throught out the day .
