Baby movements -19.2 weeks
I am currently 19.2 weeks , yesterday I felt baby movement . However till now today I didn't feel any baby movement.
I am worried . Pls advise

Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Listen to devotional music and wear bangles to promote hearing in baby
Take a boiled egg daily
Take 3 bananas daily
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours at afternoon and 8 hours at bedtime

Hello there,
It's too early to feel baby movements!
Mostly u could have felt something else and that may not be baby movements.
So don't worry!
Everything gonaa be fine and normal
Get an anomaly scan done at 18-20 weeks to confirm that baby is absolutely fine.
Next Steps
get anomaly/TIFFA SCAN done by 20 wks if not done

watch for Bleeding PV leaking PV pain in abdomen/fever
consult your GYNAECOLOGIST earliest if any of above symptoms
