Baby less sleeping

Our daughter is 45 days old. She is not taking breast milk, mainly formula milk feeding. We are struggling to feed her breast milk. Now, the problem is, she is sleeping less during daytime, playing or awake. She is having sleep of total 9-10 hours a Day (24 hrs). Is less sleep a problem for our baby? Any suggestion?

Hi, Sleep is normal for her age. Feed more frequently when awake.

Breast milk is the best feeding for new born. You can do it Give expressed breast milk to baby by spoon To express breasts put warm water socked towel & press breast from chest wall to nipples or may use a breast pump May see video on YouTube on how to express breast milk feeding 4-5 times is required
