Baby is not feeding Milk

Hi my baby gal is 4.5 months old with doc advsd I started cerelac from past 1 week, however my baby is not feeding milk since 3 days . Last night she did not urinate for about 4 hrs when I checked diapers. Please advise. I read too much about babies dehydration on google and scared now. Also how many times we can feed cerelac in a day ??? Like as 1 tablespoon can be fed 2 or 3 times a day ?

Give BF only upto 6months of age if possible... If breast milk is less then only give formula powder... If requires give Formula as much as baby take it...do burp after feed.. Baby should pass urine 5to6 times in 24 hours...

if weight gain is good then no need to worry..

No urine output for more than 6 hours is significant. Complementary feeds best after 6 months but if there is problem with breast milk insufficiency you can start on stewed apple and carrot purees or formula feeds rather than cerelac..

Complementary feeding must be stated after 6 months only. Not passing urine for 4 hours is ok.

Do not give cereals. Continue breast feeds
