Baby is 2months old. he doesn't have running nose but  he has not taking feeds properly and cough so bad as if something  is stuck in his throat.. he has some dry phelm in his nose looks like milk gone  dry but also like phelm gone  green sometimes.  can he have chest cold?   temp was 98.5.. what can be the problem? he has been crying the whole day as he couldn't sleep.. and there is gar gar sound so much..
