Baby heart beat is not developing.

Hi my sister she has had 3 miscarriage in last 4 years of her marriage. She has thyroid and is under medication.thyronorm.everytime the miscarriage is due to the baby's heart beat is not developing as per the reports and dr surveillance.would like to understand why this is happening everytime. And what is the right measure to be taken.To avoid this in future.

She needs thorough examination and counselling.In this karyotyping of both partners is compulsory.Beside that she needs TORCH test, APL test.Folic acid she has to continue 5 mg daily.
