My 3 month old son has small pimples and rashes on his face due to him putting his hand in mouth and rubbing it on his face.im cleaning with plain water.should i apply anything?.face has become dry.i have attached pic. Thank you

Rash is there on forehead too so I don't think it's only due to saliva. Avoid using baby powder. Use lukewarm water for bathing. For face you can try sebamed protective facial cream for babies

It is due to saliva.

Apply coconut oil or normal baby cream frequently.

This rashes would be there on and off for next few months due to mouthing. It is painless and do not leave marks on the baby.
