Dear sir baby age 6 months running weight 8kg If cephalexin causes loose stools than which syrup have to give pls tell .. b gizbhe getting loose watery motions per day 5 with low quantity.. Can I use ambroxyl s or pls tell any other

You don’t need any medicine for mild cough and cold symptoms. Antibiotics are definitely needed ..
