My baby is 15 days old his body temperature usually ranges from 98 to 99.5 ,which i measure from armpit,is he having fever or this normal.

Yes it is fever if it is 99.5. check whether he is passing urine minimum 5-6times a day Accepting breast feeding normally?is he dull r active, mostly it is dehydration fever

Temperature more than 99.5 is fever. Check the temperature in armpit after 30 min of removing the child from swaddled cloth.
