At this age,the number of motions is not important, which may vary from 10-12 days OR one motion after 3-4 days, what IS important is the consistency, which should be soft and formed.
This is NORMAL for 3-4 months of life.
Give ONLY breastfeeds at a gap of atleast 2-1/2 to 3 hours,STOP top feeds.
Colic too,is NORMAL for same age span, and is more in evening and night time.
All you have to do is maintain gap inbetween feeds, burp him for atleast 10 mins after feeds AND also when he has colic.
Avoid Colimex, heeng may be applied, but it's role is doubtful, more important being gap between feedings and burping.
