This type of white patches is also on other side pls tell it is normal or some thrush in the mouth as my baby nowadays only feed when he is sleepy otherwise he would cry but won't feed even i try to feed him forcefully

Mouth appears normal. Crying have multiple reasons. Need proper history to knw reason for the crying

As babies grow older the feeding time reduces and duration between feeds increases. If baby is Active and gaining weight adequately, nothing to worry
