Baby Girl 2 Months - Stool & Rash Query

Baby - Age - 2 Months + 2 Days Exclusively Breast Milk Fed Issues 1) Stool is semi- hard / Yellow - However grainy. She passes a drop stool with every feed and or sneeze or slight coughs (pressure) - Is this normal / any suggestions ? 2) Rash between the buttock Cheek - What can we apply for this ?

For an exclusively breast feed infants no need worry about the consistency of the stools loose or semisolid is quite normal.Regarding the rash avoid using wipes wash the area with water and pat dry . Baby skin is so soft even wiping with towel may cause the rash . And air dry the area by placing the baby in prone position .Can use Happy nap ointment

Dear parents, Passing stool with every feed in newborn is a normal phenomenon what we called gastrocolic reflex. My concern is rash between the buttock. It may be due to fore milk diarrhea or delay in cleaning the buttock area. Apply zinc oxide cream, clean the buttock immediately when baby passes poo and allow air day. Advise to give one breast full feeding and then switch to other breast.

It's normal if it's breast feed and may be it's diaper rash and u can use rash free cream.
