Baby gets rashes on butt

My daughter has completed 3 months has got rashes on her butt. I have been applying seba med cream for rashes . What else care I need to take ? I have been using Huggies as a diaper.

Consult to Pediatrician physically for further evaluation and treatment

Avoid diapers and wipes. Keep the area dry. Use cotton nappies. Rash free cream rather then sebamed or chikoo or Himalaya or Johnson products.
