Is nestogen a good formula? I think its causing constipation to my 4 months baby. Suggestions on how to help baby smooth poop. Doctor recommend himalya bonnisan for constipation n gas / colic issues.

Greetings, all formula milk cause constipation and other health issues so kindly switch to exclusive breastfeeding till 6month after that you can introduce home based foods.
