Hi doctor,my baby is 7 months old started solids at 6 months,i have a doubt that  apple should be steamed... am feeding apple as natural ...is it safe for baby and suggest me more food items like eggs ..rice now to a baby.

Feed your baby with fruits and vegetables. Green leafy vegetables,Apple purée, mashed banana, kichidi with dal, carrot, beans.
Next Steps
Start giving boiled egg at 9 mnth of age.
