Hello my baby 9momths compted his first is visible in his lower gum but not errupted or visible in the surface only can canbe seen two teeth which is drowned in the gum is that the first stage of eruption

Don't worry baby teeth eruption age from 6 months onwards to 2 years , please use calcitrol kid syp or tablet with your mother milk , also use local anaesthetic gel for swollen affected area.
