My baby is 5.5 months old, he usually sits with support. And 5 -6 seconds without holding. Today in bed while sitting he fell on back.. not cried, my concern is this doesn't harm right?

I am assuming baby fell on back on the bed . There’s nothing to worry about if there was no hard surface fall.
