If baby is active and playful nothing to worry. Just watch for symptoms like lethargy, vomiting, swelling, bleeding or abnormal movement. If any, consult the pediatrician

I am assuming baby fell on back on the bed . There’s nothing to worry about if there was no hard surface fall.
Next Steps
Let baby sit on a soft mat when practicing sitting. Try to Stay close, even for short sitting sessions. You can Use pillows around for support if on a bed. At a time you can practice for few minutes . You’re doing a great job encouraging motor development but avoid forcing or propping in a rigid seated position for long.
Health Tips
If hard surface fall, Just keep a watch for Excessive sleepiness or unresponsiveness, Repeated vomiting , Unusual irritability or Any swelling or redness on the head or any Poor feeding or changes in activity level. Then, immediate consult to nearest Dr .
