Baby fell down from sofa

My 3.5 months old baby fell from the sofa on his head. He cried out loud for 10 min. We dont see any bump or change in his behavior so far. Do we need to get him checked out?

24 hrs is the critical period. In case she develops vomiting, ear or nasal discharge, abnormal movements or abnormal consciousness then rush to the hospital ASAP. Warm regards.
