Baby feeding issue
Hi my baby is 3 month 20 days old 2 days before he got his 14th week vaccination and from the very next day he is refusing formula milk from the bottle and only crying if we force him to drink milk after 3 hr as he is completely on formula milk due to no mother feed...he is active but not asking for milk...kindly help what should I do

This is a short-term reaction
It’s quite common for babies to show changes in feeding patterns for 1–2 days after vaccination. This is usually temporary and part of their normal immune response.
This may be due to low grade fever, pain or swelling at injection site, tiredness or simple due to change in routine environment

You need not worry if there is no fever, child is alert and active, wets diaper 4-6 times a a day, no vomiting/loose stools/rashes
Offer smaller, more frequent feeds (every 1.5–2 hours)
Try feeding when the baby is calm or sleepy
Gently rock or soothe baby before attempting feeding
Ensure a comfortable feeding position, especially if the thigh is sore
Avoid bottle feeding, use a spoon instead

Red flags:
Baby is very lethargic or excessively sleepy
Persistent high fever >101°F (38.5°C) beyond 48 hours
No urine output for over 6–8 hours
Persistent vomiting, diarrhea, or convulsions
Feed refusal >24–36 hours
