Hello doctor My son 4months old, looks like having ear pain not able to sleep crying in between sleep and whenever we touch his ear. Attached pic Pls advise

Hi, I can see a red small swelling over external ear You can give PARACETAMOL drops according to weight of the baby. Weight of the baby is not given, so I c as nt prescribe that
