My baby is 11 months old and she refuses solid food and vomits when we introduce solid food, for last couple of months we are giving cerelac in the morning , lunch is rice and some veggies grinded, we used to give night time rice and some lentils in the evening mashed, my question is what proportion of lentils and rice can we mix, can we give grinded oats or what is suggested please help
