Hello My baby complete 6 month on 19 may. What is the diet...and we should given sugar and salt. And his totally depend on breastfeed.so now we can give cow milk.

After 6 months gradually start semisolid or liquid diet (khimti, mashed potato, fruits, fruit juices,etc) Cow milk can be started, but dont limit it upto around  350ml per day
