My baby born in 37 weeks 1day On March 24 . My baby got a bulging fontanel is it anything to worry about it . Is my baby brain is good Plz rectify

Fontanelle should be very slight depressed or at level of scalp. Bulging of Fontanelle definitely warrants Radiological evaluation, Like Head Ultrasound, CT or MRI. As per age, as of now, Please make Head Ultrasound done asap and Consultant nearby Pediatrician. Hope this helps.
