107 days  old boy baby weighing 5 .7 kg ,hc-38, height -55 cm . His birth weight -2.3 kg ,hc-33,height-42 cm .exclusive breastfeeding .Is evrything ok ? I am very concerned with his health .please let me know .

Monitor height, weight ,head circumference every 3months.The child seem to be growing alright.

He is catching up with his growth as birth height and weight were also low These kids teach the normal pattern of growth by 2 years. HC is on lower side, we need to monitor for growth of head. If the child is doing well there is nothing to worry, he is following his path of growth curve
