Hi doctor, My one year son can eat bananas at night before sleep. Is it safe or is it dangerous. Help tell me.

Hello ! Give during mrng time between 11am - 12 pm. Don’t give during night time .

As per Ayurveda it causes cold cough. It's always better give when sunlight is there. Hope this helps.
