Hi, I have been prescribed to take B12 injections. I have already taken two in my buttocks as it was prescribed and they are just too painful. So, can I take the remaining four on my hand or should I continue with buttocks and if I should continue with buttocks, please give me some tips to be followed while taking them to reduce pain

Buttocks is the least painful part. It can be given on upper arm but that won'tbe any less painful. If not more.
