My B12 levels are below 70. I have been using mecobalamine injections for the last 2 weeks. How long should I take injections for normal levels.? Or should I take them permanently.? Please clarify my doubts. Thanks,

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a 3 months. Along with a total of 5 injections. Have a lot of greens and fruits.
