Vitamin B12 level 211 pg/mL is borderline low. Yes, you should start B12 supplementation, especially if you have symptoms (fatigue, tingling, memory issues).
Next Steps
• Start oral Vitamin B12 1000 mcg daily for 6–8 weeks (or injections if advised by your doctor) • Continue Vitamin D3 as prescribed • Recheck B12 after 8–12 weeks
Health Tips
• Include B12-rich foods (eggs, milk, curd, meat if non-veg) • If vegetarian or on long-term antacids/metformin, supplementation is important • Do not delay treatment—early correction prevents nerve damage

You dont need to taking b12 medicine now because of this borderline now, you can increase B 12 by dietary changes. B12 mostly found in nonveg.food .and lesser in veg food.you can try b12 supplements also . Thank you.
