B12 deficiency and right side chest pain

2022-06-24 09:36:39
I am generally low with b12, I recently started progesterone pills and I feel shortness of breath, fatigue and last night had a sharp pain in my right side of chest and nd back pain. I applied some Vicks and hot pack and was good to sleep. Is there any cardiac issue or it's due to very low b12?

Do get an ecg and cardiology review as progesterone can cause thromboembolic episodes
