Please suggest alternate tablet for Neurobion forte injection. Will tablet be as useful as injection? What does to be taken if B12 level is 184

HELLO, TAB METNEUROBIONONE ONE AT NIGHT. TAB COBADEX FORTE ONE AT NIGHT FOR ONE MONTH. THAN INTERMITTENT. INJ IS MORE EFFECTIVE BUT STILL U HAVE TO TAKE ORALLY FOR LONG TERM. PLENTY OF FRUIT JUICE, NIMBU PANI AS U REMAINS HYDRATED. OK.
