Hello doctor my b.p is mostly 135/ 90 . Iam taking Aten 50 can I continue this tablet or do I need to change it. Can I take olmezest beta 50. Is it safe.

For your age. I would start none of the ones you’ve mentioned. If you have diabetes then only olmesartan is a good start. No point in taking beta or aten, both can cause lethargy and are not firsts like as per guidelines
