I am a 29 year old women who has been experiencing mental confusion, concentration problems, memory loss, blurry vision, sensation in my head feels like burning, personality change.short term memory loss. Forgets conversation repeats questions over again. Zone out when people are talking to me. I don't feel like my happy fun self. I have gotten a ct scan they didn't find anything. Had a MRI done w/o contrast. can't understand the findings. Tried to go to my Doctor for him to explain as a walk in he left early. I want to figure out what's wrong with me. Hes booked up until march 15. Feel like I'm going blind and losing my mind. I need help. The MRI said ventricles are normal in size. Subarachnoid spaces are not prominent.there is no mass,midline shift or hemorrhage. White matter is normal. No diffusion restrictions. Significant mucousal inflammatory thickening and signal change in frontal sinuses, ethmoid sinsues, bilateral maxillary sinuses left greater than right.
