I am having azoospermia, having FSH(23.4 mIu )and lh(12.61 mIu)levels and testosterone(1.68 ng) and estradiol(8.00 pg).what is the treatment

Looks like testicular failure. You need surgical sperm retrieval and ICSI. Make sure to do genetic tests to rule out genetic problems please.
