Hello, it is better to go for testicular biopsy. If there is normal production of sperms then there may be obstruction in its pathway then the option of Retrival of sperms is there and after that you can undergo ART. If there is no sperm production in testicles then the options are you can go for donar sperm or directly can go for adoption.
