HiSir/Madam, Could you please let me know whether can i take azhitromycin twice per day by giving 12 hours gap per each tablet intake???

Azithromycin is an antibiotic which needs prescription. Please donot take it over the counter. It is taken once a day for 3-7 days based on the infection.

Hai.... U r not suggest to take Azithromycin twice a day T. Azithromycin 500mg 1-0-0 is enough  for a course of 3-5days
