............Why autoimmune diseases can't be cured, is it so difficult in today's medical science era?

Body constitution differs from person to person. One man's food is other man's poison. For the same substance body reaction may differ in different people. One's body ( immune system )may react differently and may produce antibodies against own body tissues during the course of life. Hence may not be possible.
