1) can I recover from thyroid issue completely ? If yes how? 2) I want to take ACV in the morning, but confuse , like should I take tyroxine first and then ACV or vice versa? 3)is thyroid and autoimmune thyroid is different? Attaching 2 reports for reference from last 4 months Kindly guide,

It is not a disease that u can recover from. U have to continue taking thyroxine as u have deficiency of the thyroid hormone. This is lifelong. Every 6 months you need to test and keep your tsh preferably below 3 as you are in the child bearing age. U have autoimmune thyroid disease which is the most common cause of hypothyroidism. Other kinds of thyroid disease are also there. Thyroxine first thing in the morning and everything after half an hour.

Hello..Autoimmune Hypothyroidism is most common cause of hypothyroidism now days as iodine deficiency we see now less commonly (previously it was common cause) So its just cause for your condition. About timing of Thyroxine, it should be always empty stomach so u take it first and don't eat at least half hr after taking tablet. Hypothyroidism is  due to deficiency of hormone which will be usually lifelong condition but nothing to worry as we provide the deficient body hormone in the form of tablet in physiological doses, unlike medicine with side effects..
