How effective is homeopathy in helping autistic children? Does it help control the hyperactivity and help develop sitting tolerance and response to instructions? Will it help in speech delay?

It won't work. You are going to harm the child. It needs multy disciplinary approach. Involving pediatrician, psychologist, occupational therapist, family members and teachers...can help the child ti overcome ASD PROBLEM

I practice modern medicine. I have no idea about homeopathy. Sorry . But u can visit pediatric neurologist for proper guidance. With modern medicine and developmental supportive therapy,u definitely have a hope.
