My younger son is having developmental issues due to autism and cerebral palsy. He had breathing problems on birth and so was in NICU for 23 days. Further after 3 months he got meningitis and again was in NICU for 16 days. He is 4 years 5 months now but doesn't speak meaningful words and also his left hand is not used. He is weak and learning is not improving. Even doesn't do daily work viz. Toilet etc.

First of all meet an audiologist who can check his hearing through electrophysiological tests because there is history of meningitis. Then you have to consult a physiotherapist for his gross body movement development, an occupational therapist for his sensory development and a speech therapist for his speech and cognitive development.
